Prestigious investment advisory firm seeks Portfolio Manager/Analyst for Quantitative Management group. Responsibilities include analyzing current portfolio holdings, performing asset allocation and ALM management studies, developing foreign currency hedging strategies, valuing derivative transactions and analyzing structured investments. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant investment experience, preferably within insurance or liability-driven portfolio management. Advanced degree is Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Financial Engineering required. Ph.D preferred. CFA, FSA, FCAS or MBA a plus. Candidate must be proficient in data analysis including expertise in statistical programming packages. Second language in Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Japanese also a plus. Excellent compensation.
